Manage Your Account at On Line Bill Pay

All of your Water/Sewer account information and history are available right here at the City's website.  It is easy to do.  In order to have access to this tool, you will need to set up an online bill pay account.  You do not have to pay your bill online if you do not wish to do so, but you will need to set up an account to have access to your account information.  Just a few of the options that are available to you are:

  • Access your payment history
  • Make a one time payment
  • Set up automatic reoccurring monthly payments (debit, credit card or checking account)
  • Track your water consumption
  • View your payment history 

How to Get Started

 It is easy to get started managing your account today.  Just follow the instructions below.

  • Click on the On Line Bill Pay icon on the home page of the City's website 
  • Click on the New User Tab and create an account
  • Enter Your Account ID # (which is your account number) and enter your cycle and route.  (You will find all of this information on your Water/Sewer bill or just call us at 816-331-4331 and we will be glad to get you the information)
  • Click Submit
  • You will answer a series of questions and receive a confirmation email
  • Click on the link inside the email

That's it!  Now, anytime you want to access your account just login here with the username and password you created, and you can have the immediate ability to manage your account any time of day or night!
